We are seeking a visionary Chief AI & Technology Officer to join the founding team, a hands-on technology leader who can shape the product, architecture, and long-term innovation strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end development of the AI-first HRTech platform.Build and mentor an engineering and data science team.Define and execute the technology vision, architecture, and roadmap.Partner closely with the founders to align product and market strategy. Ideal Profile: Strong technical foundation in AI/ML, data engineering, or SaaS platforms.Proven experience leading technology or product teams (startup exposure preferred).Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building from the ground up.
