Senior Associate, Credit Control Specialist, Risk Management Group

ResponsibilitiesPerform documentation checks and ensure facility and collateral documents are in compliance with approved terms in credit memosPerform pre-activation checks to ensure conditions precedents are met, collaterals in place and compliance with internal policies, procedures and guidelines prior to activation of credit facilitiesFollow up with law firm on security documents registration and perfectionMaintain and perform system updates for activation / revision of credit facilitiesMonitoring outstanding documents, covenants and insurance policiesPrepare and generate escalation reports on a timely basisProcess cancellation of credit facilities and redemption of mortgageCollaborate with business, product stakeholders and credit partners to review and improve end to end processes including automation and digitizationParticipate in projects and user acceptance testingPerform administrative functions as may be directed by supervisor from time to timeRequirementsUniversity Degree in Business / Accountancy / Banking & Finance with minimum 6 years’ experience in similar fieldGood understanding of credit control processes and risksGood interpersonal and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft applications, Excel, Access and PowerpointAnalytical and meticulous with an eye for detailAble to organize, prioritize and mult-task, work independently and under pressureAble to embrace changes and challengesPositive attitude & a team workerKnowledge of banking and financial services in Consumer / Wealth Management banking is an advantageenPrimary LocationSingapore-DBS Asia CentralJobRisk ManagementScheduleRegularJob TypeFull-timeJob PostingNov 24, 2025, 12:00:00 AM
