As the leader of our concierge team, you will be responsible for delivering unparalleled guest experiences and setting new standards in luxury hospitality.Lead and inspire a team of concierge professionals, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfactionDevelop and implement innovative concierge services and programs to enhance the guest experienceServe as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and handle their special requestsCultivate and maintain relationships with local vendors, attractions, and service providersOversee the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive guest information databaseManage departmental budgets, schedules, and performance metricsCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences across the resortStay informed about local and regional events, attractions, and cultural activitiesContinuously seek opportunities to improve service quality and operational efficiencyMentor and train team members to uphold Fairmont's exceptional service standardsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related fieldMinimum 5-7 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with a proven track record in concierge servicesLes Clefs d'Or certification preferredExceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing teamOutstanding customer service skills and a passion for exceeding guest expectationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, team members, and external partnersStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProficiency in hotel management software and technologyFluency in English; additional language skills are highly valuedIn-depth knowledge of the local area, attractions, and Saudi Arabian cultureDemonstrated ability to manage budgets and improve operational efficiencyFlexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidaysAdditional InformationUnderstanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.Experience in pre-Opening is a must.A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards.
