Engineer I, Repair and Maintenance

Job PurposeLeads and manages repair and maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety of plant equipment across production facilitiesPrincipal AccountabilitiesPlan, supervise, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for plant machinery and equipment.Analyze equipment performance and breakdowns to identify root causes and implement solutions.Develop maintenance schedules, procedures, and standard operating practices.Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement to support maintenance activities.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and improvement recommendations for management.RequirementsBachelor Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering8–12 years of experience in maintenance and repair within industrial or production environments, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or senior engineering role.
