Key Responsibilities• Set short and long-term organizational goals aligned with board directives. • Ensure quality patient care by overseeing service delivery and satisfaction. • Supervise and guide department heads to meet performance targets. • Monitor legal, accreditation, and compliance obligations (MoHP, DDA, NHPC, etc. ). • Foster relationships with government agencies, donors, and stakeholders. • Approve budgets, cost control measures, and investment plans. • Handle crisis management and hospital branding at the executive level. Required Qualifications & Experience• Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration / Public Health / Healthcare Management• At least 5–7 years in senior healthcare management roles
