At The Zoe Sanctuary, the core goal is to inspire and nurture faith in individuals while building a community of believers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will oversee all strategic and operational aspects of the organization, focusing on advancing its mission and ensuring sustainable growth. Responsibilities include leading financial planning, business operations, and strategic initiatives, driving organizational goals, and engaging with stakeholders. While the role is based in Toronto, ON, some work-from-home flexibility is available.QualificationsStrong expertise in Finance and Operations Management to manage resources effectively and ensure organizational efficiencyProficiency in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to develop and implement sustainable organizational strategiesExperience in Sales and stakeholder engagement to drive growth and build partnershipsExceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skillsExperience in the non-profit, missionary, or faith-based sector is an assetMaster’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
