Job Description

Key Responsibilities• Lead the overall financial strategy, governance, and performance management for the airport/infrastructure development project, ensuring alignment with corporate and project objectives.• Establish and lead the financial set-up from project inception - including financial systems, processes, and reporting frameworks.• Oversee all FP&A activities: strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, revenue and cost analysis, and financial performance tracking.• Develop and maintain robust internal controls, accounting, and compliance systems aligned with both local and international standards.• Drive project financing initiatives - including structuring, modeling, due diligence, debt/equity funding, and managing relationships with lenders, investors, and government authorities.• Lead financial modeling, economic and investment analysis, scenario planning, and risk assessment for a multi-phase, capital-intensive project.• Manage cash flow, CAPEX allocation, and financial governance throughout all project stages (development, construction, operation).• Act as a key strategic advisor to the CEO and BOD, providing actionable financial insights and recommendations.• Represent the project in investor, board, and regulatory financial communications.• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team; promote a culture of accountability and excellence.Qualifications & Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.• 15+ years of progressive experience in financial management, including 7+ years at CFO or Finance Director level within airport, aviation, or large-scale infrastructure projects (local and international exposure preferred).• Demonstrated expertise in FP&A, project finance, investment structuring, financial control, and CAPEX planning.• Strong track record in PPP/BOT project models, funding negotiations, and working with international financial institutions (ADB, IFC, World Bank, etc.).• Proven ability to set up and scale financial systems and processes from early project phases.• In-depth understanding of airport economics, concession models, and long-term infrastructure lifecycle management.• Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.• High integrity, resilience, and adaptability to fast-paced and complex project environments.• Good English communication and presentation skills (both written and spoken), with the ability to engage effectively with international investors, lenders, and stakeholders.
