PLEASE NOTE: We are seeking candidates currently residing in Dubai.To apply or for more information follow the link below.ResponsibilitiesProviding overall guidance, leadership, and strategic direction for the Finance function.Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support informed decision-making.Ensuring compliance with IFRS, tax, and statutory reporting obligations.Leading risk management and governance activities across all operating countries.Managing capital and cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity and cost efficiency.Building strong relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and other external stakeholders.Overseeing the implementation of Group IT strategies and ensuring alignment with business objectives.Developing, mentoring, and empowering finance teams across regions to deliver high performance.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Professional qualification such as CA(SA), ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent is essential.MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.Minimum of 12 years’ experience in finance, including at least 3 years in a senior executive role.Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial controls, tax regulations, and treasury management.Proven leadership, analytical, and strategic planning abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
