Company Description Sanli Pastore & Hill Ltd (SP&H Nigeria) was mandated by a Nigerian corporate client, within a wider mission, to propose candidates for the role of CFO/Head of Finance. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer based in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO), a certified accountant in Nigeria, will oversee financial planning, manage financial statements and reporting, and ensure the organization’s financial health. The CFO will work closely with senior leadership to develop financial strategies, analyze financial data, ensure compliance with regulations, and support business decision-making with insightful financial analysis. Qualifications Expertise in Financial Planning and FinanceStrong command of Financial Statements and Financial ReportingStrong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision-making purposeLeadership experience and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fieldsProfessional certification such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA is highly advantageousPrevious experience in a CFO, Head of Finance or Finance controller role will be preferredCommand of ERP systems is preferred.
