Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Life Planner / Sales Executive based in Lagos. The Life Planner / Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending appropriate life insurance solutions. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, marketing insurance products, building long-term relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role encourages proactive engagement and delivering exceptional service to clients. Qualifications Proficiency in Insurance and General Insurance products and servicesStrong Sales and Marketing skills to engage and attract clientsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsProven ability to meet sales targets and work in a results-driven environmentSelf-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing roleA bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in insurance or sales is an added advantage
