This is an opportunity to make your mark in one of the most exciting hospitality-tech scale-ups of our time.About The RoleAs Head of Marketing (or CMO), you will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll own and drive the full marketing agenda, from global brand positioning to digital performance, lifecycle, partnerships, loyalty, PR, and communications.This is a high-impact, high-ownership role suited to a commercial, data-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments. You’ll build, lead, and inspire a world-class marketing team while working closely with Product, Technology, and Commercial leaders to accelerate growth and shape customer experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute EatClub’s global brand and marketing strategy, positioning EatClub as the category leader in hospitality-tech.Lead full-funnel marketing across brand, performance, digital, CRM, loyalty, content, PR, and partnerships.Oversee customer lifecycle management — from acquisition and activation through engagement, retention, and loyalty.Translate data, analytics, and customer insights into strategy, innovation, and measurable ROI.Champion creative storytelling and digital innovation, including AI and MarTech adoption, to elevate customer experience.Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team across brand, growth, creative, and customer marketing.Partner with Product and Technology to launch go-to-market strategies that delight customers and drive adoption.Present marketing strategy, ROI, and opportunities directly to the CEO and Board; align with investors on growth ambitions.Scale EatClub’s presence across AU and UK, while preparing entry into new international markets.What You Will BringProven success in a senior marketing leadership role (Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, VP/CMO) at a high-growth tech, marketplace, or consumer brand.Experience across both Australia and the UK markets (Americas a plus).Track record of delivering significant customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth at scale.Deep expertise in digital performance, lifecycle/CRM, brand management, and growth strategy.Experience in global brand-building and launching new markets.Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to attract, inspire, and grow top talent.Strong financial and commercial acumen, with board and investor exposure.Comfort operating in dynamic, high-growth environments where adaptability and innovation are key.Bonus: experience leveraging AI, automation, and advanced MarTech to drive scale and efficiency.What We OfferCompetitive executive remuneration, including equity options.The chance to lead marketing at one of Australia’s most exciting hospitality-tech scale-ups.Direct impact on brand, customer experience, and international growth trajectory.A collaborative, innovative, and entrepreneurial culture.The opportunity to work alongside a visionary leadership team and world-renowned chef Marco Pierre White.We are ready to disrupt hospitality worldwide.
