You thrive in fast-moving environments, bring clarity to complexity, and are unafraid to challenge constructively.Experience & Qualifications12–15+ years of progressive leadership experience, ideally within large, multi-divisional organizations in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or related sectors.Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, Strategy Director, or Senior Operations role supporting C-suite executives.Deep understanding of project management, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently across global business and political networks.Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.Comfortable with extensive international travel.Personal QualitiesRobust, resilient, and composed under pressure.Quick-thinking, adaptive, and solutions-oriented.Discreet, loyal, and highly trustworthy.Polished, articulate, and culturally astute.Driven by excellence and a deep sense of purpose.This is not a conventional corporate role — it is a front-row position at the center of one of the most dynamic and globally connected organizations in the built environment.
