Chief of StaffState Listings, Inc. North Palm Beach, Full-TimeABOUT USWe're a multi-million dollar bootstrapped real estate tech company on a mission to dominate the prop tech space. With 86,000+ agents on our platform. We're launching an integrated CRM in 2026 that will 3x our revenue by 2027. We're profitable, growing fast, and just getting started.THE ROLEYou'll be the CEO's strategic right hand and execution machine. You'll translate strategy into action, drive cross-functional initiatives, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll work directly with our CSO, CTO, COO, and CFO to make it happen.This is NOT an executive assistant role. You'll make strategic decisions, own major projects, and have a seat at the table.WHAT YOU'LL DO**Strategic Execution (40%)**- Own the 2026 Strategic Plan execution (track initiatives across teams)- Run weekly leadership meetings (keep team aligned and accountable)- Drive OKR process (set, track, achieve)- Identify blockers and solve them before they become crises**Cross-Functional Projects (30%)**- Lead CRM launch (Q2 2026) - coordinate sales, tech, ops, marketing- Build AI agent infrastructure (deploy 8-10 agents in 2026)- Drive office account expansion (support CSO's team)- Whatever the CEO needs to happen, you make it happen**Operations & Process (20%)**- Build scalable processes as we grow (we're adding thousands of new customers in 2026)- Set up dashboards and metrics (everyone knows their numbers)- Improve cross-team communication (reduce meetings, increase clarity)- Find inefficiencies, fix them**CEO Leverage (10%)**- Prepare CEO for key meetings (you do the homework)- Handle special projects (customer escalations, partnership deals)- Make decisions when CEO isn't available (using clear framework)- Protect CEO's time from noiseWHO YOU ARE**Must-Haves:**- 5+ years of experience in startups, consulting, or high-growth companies- Track record of shipping complex projects (multiple teams, tight deadlines)- Fluent in sales/marketing AND operations/tech (generalist mindset)- Spreadsheet ninja + strategic thinker (left brain + right brain)- Ownership mentality ("I'll figure it out" not "that's not my job")- Thrives in 0-to-1 environments (comfort with ambiguity)**Bonus Points:**- Worked at a startup through a major product launch- Experience in PropTech or SaaS- Has managed or coached teams before- Loves both strategy AND execution (not just one)**Red Flags (please don't apply if this is you):**- Need clear instructions for everything (we're building the plane while flying it)- Prefer big company structure and resources (we're scrappy)- Avoid conflict (we debate vigorously, then commit)- Just want a stepping stone to next job (we want someone who'll grow with us)WHY JOIN US**The Opportunity:**- Grow the company valuation (ride the rocketship)- Work directly with CEO (learn, grow, have impact)- Build the playbook (your processes will scale to $100M+)- Autonomy (we trust you to make decisions)**The Reality:**- We're bootstrapped (scrappy, not wasteful)- We move fast (ship, learn, iterate)- You'll wear many hats (not for everyone)- High expectations (but we support you)COMPENSATION- Base: $90K+- Bonuses (tied to company OKRs)- Health/dental/vision- PTO HOW TO APPLYSend to: apply@statelistings.comInclude:1.
