ROLE: Identify and solve high-impact operational issues; Lead project initiation, planning, execution, and closure; Maintain alignment between departments and strategic vision; Use data insights to inform company strategy; Manage budgets, schedules, and resources; Participate in overall strategic planning. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent; MBA advantageous; 3+ years in strategy, consultancy, or project management; Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills; Ability to thrive under a fast-paced, multitasking environment; Leadership capacity and cross-functional autonomy.
