This pivotal role involves managing day-to-day performance, building scalable systems, and ensuring the company is positioned for rapid growth in existing and new markets. You will bring operational structure, commercial rigour, and cross-functional leadership.Location: London, UKWhy this role is remarkable: A pivotal leadership role with significant influence across all operational and commercial dimensions. Strengthen commercial operations, unit economics, pricing, and retention performance, managing budgeting and financial discipline. Own company-wide operational compliance, including information security, data protection, and clinical governance in a regulated environment.The ideal candidate: Ten or more years of operational leadership experience, including senior roles in high-growth technology companies. Demonstrated success scaling a business through Series A to Series B or equivalent growth stages.
