This pivotal role involves managing day-to-day performance, building scalable systems, and ensuring the company is positioned for rapid growth in existing and new markets. Strengthen commercial operations, unit economics, pricing, and retention performance, managing budgeting and financial discipline. Own company-wide operational compliance, including information security, data protection, and clinical governance in a regulated environment.The ideal candidate: Ten or more years of operational leadership experience, including senior roles in high-growth technology companies. Demonstrated success scaling a business through Series A to Series B or equivalent growth stages.
