This role runs the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that every department is aligned, accountable, and operating within a strong execution framework.EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is central to how TIPS functions, and the COO will be the owner and driver of EOS across the organization. This includes leading L10 meetings, overseeing scorecards and rocks, building cross-functional systems, and establishing a rhythm of communication that keeps the entire team aligned.The COO will:Lead the leadership team with clarity, consistency, and measurable accountabilityBuild the operational infrastructure needed for scalable growthStrengthen organizational alignment across long-tenured and newly hired staffImprove execution quality and eliminate bottlenecksDrive financial discipline and operational excellenceThis is the key operational role responsible for transforming strategy into action and ensuring that TIPS grows with stability, unity, and excellence.What You’ll Lead1. People Leadership & Team PerformanceLead weekly, quarterly, and annual leadership reviewsImplement and reinforce EOS people tools (L10s, quarterly reviews, People Analyzer, accountability chart)Track rocks, KPIs, and leadership commitments with strong follow-throughCoach emerging leaders and strengthen leadership maturity across the organizationRebuild unity and trust post-transition and cultivate a culture of collaborationOversee alignment between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Client SuccessDrive adoption of digital, AI-forward, and productivity-enhancing tools2. Operations & EOS ExecutionLead companywide EOS implementation and operational cadenceOwn annual & quarterly planning: KPIs, scorecards, rocks, accountability chartBuild a KPI management system with triggers, deadlines, and accountability ownersRebuild and maintain SOPs with a follow-by-all update rhythmImprove process efficiency, profitability, and execution qualityMaintain communication rhythms that keep the CEO informed without bottlenecksImplement customer feedback loops that produce actionable operational insights3. Organizational Alignment & CultureBuild a companywide leveling system with clear expectations and advancement pathsOperationalize core values in daily behaviors and management routinesLead change management efforts, ensuring clarity, transparency, and follow-throughPartner with HR and Tips University to define priority competencies and link learning programs to promotion pathwaysUse performance insights to identify high-potential internal talent4.
