With operations spanning multiple sites across North America, this organization combines precision engineering, advanced manufacturing, and proprietary software to deliver industry-leading building solutions.The CTO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, overseeing enterprise IT, operational technology (OT), cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives, and a growing proprietary software platform. Modernize IT infrastructure, strengthen cybersecurity, and enhance cloud architecture. Champion AI-enabled applications in design, estimating, and predictive maintenance. Lead software product strategy and integration across internal and external systems. Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, cross-functional technology organization.Desired Skills And Experience Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred 20+ years of progressive technology leadership, including 5+ at the executive level. Background in manufacturing, construction, or industrial technology preferred. Proven success driving digital transformation across IT, OT, and product platforms. Hands-on experience with ERP modernization, AI/ML integration, and BIM/Revit/AutoCAD environments. Expertise in M&A due diligence and technology integration. Experience leading a commercial or SaaS software business a strong plus. Strategic, forward-thinking leader with the ability to translate vision into measurable impact.
