Job Description

Job Responsibilities1. Energy Storage Market Research Support: For the Japanese portable/residential/commercial energy storage power supply market, collect competitor information, user needs, and policy regulations; compile research reports in Japanese to support team decision-making. 2. Full-Process Assistance with Key Account (KA) Clients:Client Visits: Prepare Japanese-language materials in advance (product brochures, quotations, cooperation plans), and connect with local Japanese KA clients (large electronics retailers, energy companies, etc.);Business Negotiations: Assist with on-site Japanese communication, implement Japanese business etiquette (reception procedures, greetings), and assist in advancing sales negotiations;Contract Signing: Follow up on client feedback, coordinate the confirmation of draft contracts, communication of terms, and signing;Order Tracking: Track order production and delivery progress, coordinate sample delivery and other fulfillment aspects, and ensure a smooth process;Payment Collection: Assist with client payment settlement, track payment progress, and ensure a closed-loop cooperation. III. Job Requirements1. Hard SkillsJapanese Language: N1/N2 certificate, with business-level communication skills (able to independently write Japanese business emails, interpret contract terms, and conduct Japanese negotiations with KA clients);Industry Experience: Priority will be given to candidates with experience in selling energy storage power supplies (portable/home/commercial/industrial energy storage); KA client/distributor/agent resources are a plus; sales experience with Toyota Group and Toyota-affiliated companies; experience in purchasing or sales related to large Japanese electronics chain stores (Yodobashi Camera, Bic Camera, Seiyu, Edion, Kojima, etc.)
