This position reports to the Country Sales Manager – Japan and is part of the sales team located in Tokyo and be fully remote.In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity ToConduct on-site customer visits to provide technical information on chromatography-related products and services. Nurture relationship with accounts and their users; Responsible industry is expected to be Environment, Food and Water, Generic Pharm, Clinical CROs, etc. Ensure that the assigned territory meets sales and unit goals, eventually gain market share against competitors and ensure sustainable growthMaintain discipline in Funnel Management, which involves timely accurately updates to the CRMContribute to accurate Order and Sales forecastThe Essential Requirements Of The Job IncludeSales experience of HPLC or LC-MS/MSResult oriented. Eagerness to develop business and generate revenueEagerness to learn (technical, business, industry, Danaher Business System, English, etc) Hands on experience with HPLC or LC-MS/MS in a wet lab setting, ideally at CROs, is a plusPrevious customer-facing experience in environmental (PFAS related) market is a plus Language RequirementsFluent in Japanese, regardless of nationality. Proficiency in English will aid success in the role and also in career development within Danaher group in the long term, while not immediately necessaryTravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for roleUp to 75% mainly in assigned Territory.
