Tribecca kiosk Apply Now →ResponsibilityActively participate in road shows, promotion campaigns, and other activities to raise awareness and generate interest in our mobile app and digital channels. Collaborate closely with the development team and provide them with feedback following customer interactions. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new developments in the lending and payments space. Attend training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Utilize customer service tools and systems proficiently to assist and guide customers in navigating Cim's product line. Utilize data analysis skills to generate reports detailing customer engagement activities.

Provide exceptional customer service. ProfileInterpersonal SkillsMinimum of 1 year of experience in sales environment within a bank or non-bank financial institutionProficiency in using digital sales and marketing tools and platforms. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software. Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting. Conflict ResolutionHSC or equivalent.
