Circle Head - Operations [ South & North ]

Job Profile :- Responsible for managing 12-15 stores operations.- Responsible for handling four areas i.e People, Business, Process & Compliance.- Data Analysis and identify areas of gaps and opportunities.- Review manpower requirements in his circle and ensure the gaps to be filled with the discussion with HR.- Conducting the Midterm review and Performance appraisal for the circle.- Must ensure adherence to all set processes related to people, product and assets.- Ensure Compliance requirements to be met in all stores and RO at his circle.- Must have knowledge of related functions such as HR, Finance, Maintenance, etc.Requisites :Experience : 15 to 20 yearsIndustry : FMCG / QSREducation : Any Graduate / Post GraduateLocation : Anywhere in South & North [ Interested candidates should be ready to relocate anywhere in India, where ever D - Mart has its presence ] Required Skills :- Good Leadership- Training and Coaching skills.- Strong Observation and Analytical Skills.- Must have excellent communication- Collaboration and Problem solving skills.- Strong on processes.- Must be good with MS Office and SAP.Good to have :- Handled a large team.- Handled complex situations in the past.- Managed the complexities
