Civil/Architectural Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Civil or Architectural Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must be registered with the Abu Dhabi Municipality and have hands-on experience in managing technical submissions, authority approvals, and project coordination through official systems and platforms.Responsibilities:Prepare and submit project applications and approvals through official Abu Dhabi systems, including:NOC IDAS MEPS TAAM Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government entities to ensure timely approval of all project documentation.Review and verify project drawings and documentation in accordance with authority requirements.Manage and track submissions through Abu Dhabi Municipality and other relevant authorities.Ensure compliance with all local regulations, standards, and design guidelines.Liaise with project managers and engineers to resolve technical issues related to authority submissions.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from an accredited institution.Must be registered with Abu Dhabi Municipality.Must have passed the professional qualification exam.Proven experience in handling NOC, IDAS, MEPS, and TAAM submissions.Prior experience working with government authorities and electronic systems in Abu Dhabi .Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in Arabic and English (bilingual candidates preferred).Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
