Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Booking Manager to run bookings of our wellness spa in Dubai, converting walk-ins and inquiries into confirmed bookings for our beauty and wellness services. This is an on-site role that requires strong customer service, sales drive, and solid organizational skills.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet walk-in customers and handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social channels.Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and manage the daily appointment schedule.Upsell and cross-sell services, add-ons, and packages (massage, facials, nails, etc.).Coordinate therapist schedules, room allocations, and turnaround times.Operate POS: create invoices, process payments, cash handling, and end-of-day reconciliation.Maintain accurate client records in the booking/CRM system.Handle customer feedback/complaints professionally and escalate when needed.Ensure front-desk and waiting area standards: cleanliness, display, and ambiance.Support basic admin tasks (reports, shift handovers, opening/closing checklists).Requirements1–3 years’ experience in front office, retail service, or customer service sales (beauty/wellness experience is an advantage).Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus.Confident with digital tools and booking/POS systems.Strong sales mindset with targets orientation and high attention to detail.Presentable, punctual, and comfortable with fast-paced, high-volume client traffic.Ability to work shift pattern 10AM-10PM. (9 Hrs)Availability to work on-site in Dubai.Work Type: Full-time (On-site, Dubai)Schedule: Shift-based between store operating hours (including weekends/ 6 Days a Week)Compensation: dh 4,000 + sales incentives; benefits as per company policy.
