Civil Engineer

Our client, a leading player in the energy and infrastructure sector, is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join their project team in Zambia.The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, planning, and supervision of civil and structural works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, design, and oversee construction and infrastructure projects.Conduct feasibility studies, technical assessments, and site inspections.Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules.Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.Liaise with project stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors.Utilize software such as Primavera, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MicroStation.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (ICE-accredited).Professional Engineer registration/licensure – mandatory.Minimum 13 years of experience, including 7+ years in the Energy sector.Strong proficiency in Primavera, Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MicroStation.Key SkillsStrong leadership and project management capabilities.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Proven experience managing large-scale energy or infrastructure projects.Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.📩 Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
