Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Supervisor located in Batam. The Civil Supervisor will oversee daily site activities, ensuring that construction and civil engineering processes align with project plans. Responsibilities include supervising on-site operations, maintaining quality control standards, communicating effectively with team members, and ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and safety regulations. Qualifications Proficiency in Site Supervision and On-Site managementStrong knowledge and experience in Quality Control practicesExceptional Supervisory Skills and team management abilitiesExcellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholdersAbility to work under pressure and solve on-site challenges efficientlyEducational background in Civil Engineering or a related fieldPrevious experience in a supervisory role within the civil construction industry is preferred
