IT Programmer

To support our IT team, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join us as a IT Programmer.Job Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain internal software systems (ERP, MES, LIMS, Stock Management, CRM, Order Tracking, etc.).Create automation tools and digital workflows to improve efficiency across departments—R&D, Production, QC/QA, Logistics, Sales, and Marketing.Integrate new systems with existing platforms such as ERP, accounting systems, inventory, HRIS, and third-party applications.Ensure seamless data flow between departments.Create and manage databases.Maintain data integrity, backup, and security protocols.Provide technical support to users and resolve system errors or bugs.Create user manuals, SOPs, and conduct system training for employees.Requirement:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.Experience in manufacturing or beauty/cosmetics industry.Proficiency in programming languages such as: Java, Python, PHP, C#, .NET, SQL, JavaScript, Flutter, or ReactJSStrong experience with database systems (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Firebase, Oracle).Knowledge of ERP or manufacturing software is a plus.Understanding of API integration, cloud platforms, and cybersecurityStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.Good communication and cross-department collaboration.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Proficient in English and Mandarin (will be advantage)Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North JakartaIf you interest or have any reference that might be fit, just send your CV through email: recruitment@nayuecosmetics.com, subject: IT Programmer - LinkedIn
