The ideal candidate must have strong experience preparing competitive technical and financial proposals for large-scale civil works.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the civil tendering team.Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.Prepare accurate cost estimates and technical proposals.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and planning departments.Analyze project risks, value engineering options, and tender requirements.Ensure high-quality and timely tender submissions.Requirements11–13 years of experience in civil tendering.Mandatory experience in KSA & Qatar construction tenders.Strong knowledge of civil construction standards and cost analysis.Solid experience preparing BOQs, cost breakdowns, and technical submissions.Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.Job BenefitsFull-time contract.Social & Medical & Life Insurance.Fixed off days (Friday - Saturday)
