You will play a crucial role in driving the digitalization of the energy industry. If you are passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences and thrive in a collaborative, innovative environment, we want to hear from you!What You Will Do To Drive The Energy TransitionCollaborate with a team of Product Owners, Software Engineers, and Product Designers to digitalize the energy industry. Our teams are distributed across multiple locations.Build and maintain digital touchpoints for our partners and customers, ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the user journey, facilitating the transition to self-produced, clean, and connected energy supply.Coordinate and develop architecture across team boundaries to identify the most valuable increments. You will gain a deep understanding of our integrated business processes and products.Share concepts and knowledge during backlog refinements, sprint reviews, and code reviews, while being open to suggestions for improvement.Ideally, have experience with CRM and ERP systems (especially Salesforce and SAP) and working with APIs.Continuously improve your knowledge of agile product development and methodologies.Stay current with training courses, workshops, and user groups.What You Will Need On That JourneyExperience as a requirements engineer, software engineer, or business analyst in an agile software development environment.Knowledge of the energy industry and its processes is a plus.Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, (business) engineering, energy management, or a comparable field.Strong communication skills, along with conceptual, analytical, and organizational abilities.Hands-on mentality with the ability to work in a team, and a goal- and solution-oriented approach.Experience working with cross-functional, self-organized, agile teams.Ability to comfortably express your ideas and arguments in good spoken and written English.You feel we are a match?
