The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, excellent project management skills, and the ability to transform spaces to meet our clients’ needs and preferences. If you are a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with the skills and experience we seek, we encourage you to apply.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and produce high-quality construction drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedules derived from architectural and engineering design documents.Serve as a BIM expert by developing and implementing BIM workflows to enhance design coordination, clash detection, and project delivery efficiency.Coordinate closely with consultants across disciplines such as structural, MEP, and civil to ensure integrated design and technical compliance.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant building codes, standards, and regulations to guarantee compliance in all project deliverables.-Conduct clash detection and resolve technical conflicts within BIM models to avoid on- site issues.Prepare and review project documents, specifications, submittals, and technical reports to support construction activities.Assist project managers with quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and scheduling using BIM data.Conduct quality control checks on technical drawings and BIM models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and coordination.Provide support to site teams with technical clarifications, RFIs, and drawing updates during construction phases.Provide training and technical guidance to junior engineers and draftsmen on BIM tools and technical office procedures.Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.Stay current with advances in BIM technology, construction methodologies, and industry best practices.QualificationsHold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.Have a minimum of three years of professional experience in a technical office or construction environment, preferably on commercial, infrastructure, or industrial projects.Demonstrate proven expertise in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, with strong capability in clash detection and model coordination.Maintain a thorough knowledge of international and local building codes, construction standards, and regulatory requirements.Possess strong technical drawing skills with proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting tools.Have experience preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction documentation.Have a solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
