Senior Manager, Data & AI

We are looking for a Senior Manager with deep experience in data engineering and analytics to lead our data and AI function. The role focuses on building and managing scalable data pipelines, integrating diverse data sources, and supporting product development and client deployments.Responsibilities• Lead data engineering workflows including ingestion, ETL, and pipeline orchestration• Oversee integrations across enterprise systems and databases• Build and optimize data models, storage layers, and query performance• Guide data exploration and discovery to support product and client use cases• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on feature development from the data side• Support deployments for government and enterprise clients• Establish best practices in data governance, quality, and reliability• Manage a small data team and work closely with internal and external stakeholdersExperience & Skills• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in data engineering or similar fields• Strong background in ETL design, data modeling, and pipeline automation• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Oracle, Informatica, or Palantir• Strong SQL and Python skills• Solid understanding of distributed data processing and cloud environments• Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams• Experience supporting production systems and client implementations
