However, please know that we always put ourselves in the candidate's shoes to ensure they have the best possible experience.We look forward to meeting you!Job DescriptionAs a Lead Civil Works Engineer, you will join our engineering team to manage and coordinate large-scale civil works within one of the most strategic energy infrastructure projects in Belgium.You will play a key role in ensuring the successful design, planning, and delivery of offshore and onshore civil works within a highly technical and innovative context.Your missionsOversee and coordinate all civil works activities, from conceptual design to execution and completion.Manage detailed design and construction of foundations, cable culverts, drainage systems, and earthing grids.Supervise external contractors and coordinate project interfaces.Lead tendering processes and evaluate technical offers.Ensure technical compliance, quality, safety, and scheduling of civil works.Participate in technical meetings and contribute to engineering reviews.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.Prepare reports, monitor progress, and manage project documentation. Your profileEngineering degree (Civil, Structural, or Electromechanical).Minimum 10 years of experience in civil works, ideally in the construction or offshore sector.Solid understanding of concrete design and large infrastructure projects.Experience in tender management and technical evaluation.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Structured, independent, and detail-oriented working style.Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.Offshore certification is an asset but not mandatory.
