Within the role you will be working with the policy holder, Insurers, Brokers, colleagues, and other professionals to ensure claims are managed timely and in accordance with policy terms and conditions. The Responsibilities Of The Role Include Handle claims from notification to conclusion, whether this be settlement or repudiation A bility to interpret site specific data, information, and images to make decisions on policy liability, approve estimates and scopes of work Assist the customer with any queries, whether this be via telephone or written communication Able to identify potential fraud and recovery opportunities Ability to manage own workload and assist with others where/when needed Able to work to daily minimum targets Ability to use own initiative and still work in a team Maintain good relationships with internal as well as external stakeholders QualificationsSkills & Experience: Experience from claims handling desired Thorough, analytical, methodical, confident and decisive Good negotiation skills including the ability to write detailed reports Computer literate Fluent in Finnish, Swedish and English Our BenefitsWhat we can offer you:BenefitsRecognized and rewarded for a job well done, there is a discretionary bonus scheme.
