This position provides administrative support to management and adjusters.How You'll Make An ImpactEssential Functions Administration of new claims set up. Assist the office switchboard and answer any incoming inquiries Daily mail, faxes, scanning and file document management.Pay claims invoices, assist with reports, memos, letters and other documents, as needed Entering of define coding, claims data and running data analytical reports.Scan and attach documents to file.Manage time sensitive data.Excellent verbal and written communication skills as demonstrated by your ability convey professionalismManage confidential information both internally and externally.Collaborate with carriers and external clients as required.Freely share new ideas and concepts which you feel will benefit the office and co-workersAbout You1 year related experience required. College/University degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
