Responsibilities include overseeing and managing insurance claims, analyzing case information, and ensuring efficient claims resolution. The Claims Manager will develop processes for handling claims, communicate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Additional tasks include evaluating claims data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making, maintaining high standards of service, and contributing to the continuous improvement of claims management processes. Qualifications Proficiency in Claims Handling and Claims Management processesStrong Analytical Skills to evaluate, interpret, and resolve claims effectivelyExperience with Insurance and expertise in handling Insurance ClaimsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentKnowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance requirementsBachelor’s degree in a related field preferredPrevious experience in a similar role or within the insurance or engineering industry is a plus
