The selected candidate will support different agencies in the federal government. This is an important position that will have a large impact on an already successful organization.To be considered for this position, US Citizenship and an active Secret security clearance is required. This is a funded position and is contingent upon verification of a security clearance prior to starting with Cloudshape.Required Support Includes but Is Not Limited To:Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for employees experiencing IT issuesTroubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral hardwareAssist users with software applications, including email, collaboration tools, and office productivity softwareConfigure, deploy, and maintain corporate devices (Windows, Mac, mobile devices)Manage device inventory, including tracking, staging, and assigning hardwareApply patches, updates, and antivirus software to devicesSupport remote device management and troubleshoot remote connectivity issuesDiagnose and resolve network, VPN, and connectivity issuesAssist with password resets, account lockouts, and access permissionsEscalate unresolved or complex issues to Tier 2/3 IT specialists or vendorsRequired Qualifications:Candidate must possess a Real ID Driver's LicenseUS Citizen with an active Secret security clearanceAssociates degree in a technical discipline or 2 years of experience in lieu of a degree1 + years of experience Proficiency with Windows and Mac OS, mobile devices (iOS/Android), and standard office applicationsKnowledge of network basics (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN)Familiarity with device management tools (SCCM, Intune, JAMF, or similar)Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.)Excellent oral and written communication skills  Excellent customer service skills  Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work in a team environment   Cloudshape is committed to employee growth through learning, training, advancement, and rewards.
