The compensation management team forms part of the Health & Safety Department, which is part of the wider People & Culture division.This is a Full Time, Permanent position. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Doncaster in line with our hybrid working model.About The RoleReporting to the Lead Compensation Management, responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to: Administrative tasks to support the Compensation Management team including but not limited tothe recording and lodgement of Workcover claimsrecording of certificates of capacity and invoicesBe first point of contact providing advice to internal and external stakeholders and escalate as requiredParticipate in safety change initiatives and projects as required to improve processes for AV's Injury & Claims Management practicesWork collaboratively across the Recovery stream and with AV's WorkSafe AgentParticipate as an effective team member, taking accountability for the provision of dependable, and fair and transparent advice and/or direction to colleagues and customers About YouTo be considered for this position you will possess:Working knowledge of worker's compensation legislation & relevant practicesExperience using computerised claims management, financial and management information systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel and TeamsExperience with dealing with customers and providing a high level of customer service Please see the position description for a full list of position requirements and key selection criteria.Working at Ambulance VictoriaAs a valued member of AV you will enjoy a professional working environment that recognises the importance of work/life balance.
