We know that our products make a real difference to our clients and their families.The Role | Reporting to the Claims Manager, you will be responsible for managing the claims process for all Property and Casualty claims, including motor, property, personal property loss, travel, and business policies. Responsibilities include interviewing clients, recording relevant information, liaising with repairers, and overseeing claim settlements. You may also be assigned project work and other duties within the Company and across the Coralisle Group as required.The Person | Diploma in insurance or equivalent qualification preferred, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience handling and negotiating settlement of Personal Lines claims preferred. Strong administration and organisational skills are desired with good communication (verbal, written and negotiating) and presentation skills, and demonstrable competency in the use and application of standard Microsoft and email software applications to intermediate level.The Benefits | We value our employees and offer a supportive and inclusive work environment.
