Classroom Teacher - Cycle 1

We currently serve over 9,000 students across eight campuses in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi.We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Cycle 1 Teachers to join our team at one of our charter schools in Abu Dhabi region for AY 2025-2026 and lead our young learners in foundational subjects such as English, Mathematics, and Science.The ideal candidate should have a strong background and degree in Early Childhood Education and a proven ability to create a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for young learners.Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons in English, Math, and Science in alignment with the American Common Core State Standards (CCSS).Foster a safe and stimulating classroom that supports each child's development.Promote social-emotional growth through play-based and inquiry-led learning.Communicate effectively with parents and staff to support student progress.Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all learners.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (mandatory).Teaching license/certification mandatory.IELTS Score of 7 mandatoryDegree equivalency requiredExperienceMinimum 2 years of teaching experience in a cycle 1 or elementary setting.Strong classroom management and communication skills.Understanding of the American Common Core Curriculum.
