You will manage a portfolio of existing FMCG clients, identify opportunities to expand engagement, and play a strategic role in winning back former clients. While the primary focus is on account expansion, the role also includes a smaller scope of new client acquisition.Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Expansion Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities across assigned accounts. Develop tailored proposals that align NIQ’s solutions with client business objectives. Lead commercial negotiations and secure incremental revenue. Client ReactivationEngage with former clients to understand reasons for disengagement. Present updated solutions and value propositions to re-establish partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor reactivation strategies. New Business Development (Limited Scope)Identify and select new business opportunities aligned with strategic priorities. Support outreach and proposal development for targeted prospects. Client Relationship Management Maintain regular contact with decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations. Understand client priorities and translate them into relevant commercial opportunities. Serve as a trusted advisor, positioning NIQ’s offerings to support client growth. Strategic Account PlanningCollaborate with internal teams to build account growth strategies. Monitor account performance and proactively address risks or gaps. Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales pipeline and revenue targets. ABOUT YOU:Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within market research, analytics, consulting or FMCG sectors. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain senior-level client relationships. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Fluency in English and Ukrainian.
