They offer a wide range of high-traffic services such as haircuts, color, highlights, eyelash & hair extensions, and permanent makeup, mainly targeting women aged 40–70.The business is growing quickly, transitioning into a more structured, professional operation. They're looking to scale from 4 to 12 team members and are building strong systems to support high performance. They're looking for proactive, drama-free professionals who can contribute to that growth.Role SummaryWe’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Client Care Coordinator responsible for handling inbound and outbound communication with leads from social media ads (Facebook/Instagram). This person will schedule appointments, manage follow-ups, and ensure an exceptional first interaction for clients.The ideal candidate is structured, confident on the phone, resilient, and highly process-oriented, with experience in call-based sales or appointment setting.This is a fast-paced, KPI-driven role with high daily call volume. We are looking for someone who treats performance like a scoreboard and thrives in structured, metrics-based environments.Daily ResponsibilitiesCall all leads that opt in from paid ads (FB/IG) Respond to SMS, Facebook DMs, and Instagram DMs escalated from AI Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments Call no-shows to get them back on the calendar Create and manage follow-up tasks in the CRM Communicate with stylists regarding client needs and appointments End-of-day reporting on activities and results Weekly: Review KPIs, attend improvement meetings, and collaborate on tactics to optimize bookings and conversions.Target KPIsRoleThis is a high-volume phone role. Candidates must be comfortable with consistent, repetitive call flow in order to hit the following targets:150–250 calls/day 25%+ lead-to-booking conversion rate 75%+ show rate 7–10 bookings/day 130+ showed appointments per month Key RequirementsBilingual: English & Spanish (advanced). Clear and fluent sounding English accent.
