School Nurse / Wellness Center Nurse (temporary)

OPEN POSITION (TEMPORARY): School Nurse / Wellness Center NurseAEL is seeking a Temporary School Nurse to support the health and well-being of the Lincoln community. The Nurse will work closely with school leadership, teachers, counselors, and administrative teams to ensure a safe and healthy environment for students and staff.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field, with required certifications and licenses.Languages:Fluency in English and Spanish required.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting (school experience preferred).Valid First Aid and CPR certification.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to assess medical situations, provide first aid, and manage emergencies.Experience maintaining medical records and ensuring compliance with health protocols.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse populations.Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, counselors, and external healthcare providers.Preferred Experience:Pediatric or school-based experience.Health education, wellness programs, or preventive health initiatives.Emergency preparedness training.Experience supervising interns or healthcare students.Crisis intervention or trauma response training.Key Responsibilities:Provide immediate medical care and first aid to the school community.Support student well-being and communicate with families about health-related issues.Manage student medical information and documentation.Monitor illnesses and communicate health updates to the community.Administer medications and maintain inventory of Wellness Center supplies.Conduct preventive screenings and support health campaigns.Prepare health information and first aid kits for field trips.Assist foreign-hire staff with navigating local healthcare services.Start of employment (Temporary Contractor): February 2026 to June 2026Please click link below to submit your Cover Letter and CV in English:https://www.lincoln.edu.ar/employmentApply by: January 2026
