We are seeking a well-presented, professional, and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist/ Coordinator to be the first point of contact at our Aesthetic Clinic in Umm Al Quwain. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and administrative skills, with experience in handling front-desk operations in a medical or aesthetic environment.Key Responsibilities:Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional mannerAnswer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and manage clinic appointmentsSchedule and confirm patient consultations and follow-up visitsMaintain accurate patient records and update databases as neededEnsure smooth patient check-in and check-out processesHandle billing, invoicing, and payment processing (cash/card/insurance)Coordinate with dermatologists, aestheticians, and nurses for daily schedulesManage daily front-desk operations and maintain cleanliness of reception areaMaintain client confidentiality and adhere to clinic protocolsPromote clinic services, special offers, and skincare product salesHandle patient complaints or issues professionally and escalate when neededRequirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar receptionist role (preferably in aesthetic, dermatology clinics)Strong communication skills in Arabic & EnglishExcellent computer skills – MS OfficeKnowledge of medical terminology or aesthetic procedures is a strong advantagePresentable appearance and excellent personal groomingAbility to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced clinicPositive attitude, team spirit, and strong customer service orientation
