The ideal candidate will provide exceptional spa treatments, ensure guest comfort, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality and wellness.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver a wide range of professional massage and body treatments according to hotel standardsEvaluate guests’ needs and recommend suitable treatmentsMaintain a high level of service and ensure guest satisfactionPrepare and maintain treatment rooms and equipmentEnsure proper sanitation and hygiene practices are followed at all timesMaintain accurate records of treatments performedPromote spa services and advise guests on home-care recommendationsWork closely with other spa and hotel team members to ensure smooth operationsRequirements & QualificationsProven experience as a Massage Therapist (luxury hospitality experience preferred)Certification or diploma in massage therapyKnowledge of various massage techniques (Swedish, Deep Tissue, etc.)Strong communication and guest-service skillsProfessional, well-presented, and customer-focusedAbility to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidaysEnglish language proficiency preferredWhat’s in it for you?Competitive fixed salary: USD 1,200Commission on each massageAccommodation providedRelocation flight ticketReturn ticket to home countryFood allowance
