Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Client Delivery Lead to drive large-scale, complex technology modernization initiatives within the Communications, Media, and Technology industry. This role requires leadership, integrated delivery expertise, and the ability to manage complex technology solutions across multiple platforms while ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesLead integrated delivery for technology modernization projects, serving as the primary contact for technology work at each account.Manage delivery of complex, integrated technology solutions for modernization initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.Assemble and lead teams of professional technologists (onshore and offshore) to deliver on commitments.Provide functional and/or technical expertise to define the best path to achieve client outcomes.Navigate delivery challenges and find collaborative solutions to achieve business outcomes.Drive innovation and continuous improvement in technology modernization projects.Mentor and inspire team members, fostering professional growth and accountability.Contribute to the sales phase by defining and shaping solutions that bring value to clients.Skills & Experience RequiredDegree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.Minimum 12 years of experience in complex technology delivery, including leading teams of technology professionals.Proven track record in large-scale system integration and production operations programs.Expertise across multiple technology platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, custom development, integration, and cloud.Industry knowledge in Communications, Media, and Technology domains.Senior client executive engagement experience with superior communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to originate and shape client solutions during the sales phase.Leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to navigate delivery challenges effectively.Interested Candidates may send their resume and cover letter directly to Hibah.bakhtavar@manpower.com.sg ,stating the position as the subject title in the email.
