As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and fostering strong relationships with clients. You will actively seek opportunities to enhance the client experience, provide consultation to address their needs, and work to achieve sales and business development goals.The role also includes overseeing end-to-end logistics organization, coordinating initial sampling processes, and ensuring seamless alignment with production, quality control, forwarding partners, and client-side teams throughout each project lifecycle.QualificationsStrong Customer Satisfaction and Relationship-Building skillsExcellent Communication and Interpersonal abilitiesSignificant experience in Account ManagementProven Sales skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunitiesExperience in end-to-end logistics coordination is highly valuableUnderstanding and execution of initial sampling processesStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in industry-related tools and softwareBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferredPrevious experience in luxury textiles or a similar industry is considered a strong plus
