We are looking for Client Operations Executives to join us here in ManpowerGroup Singapore.This role is responsible for delivering customised workforce management solutions fully leveraging on the Group’s suite of solutions where we source, assess, develop and manage the talents that enables clients to win.The role will ensure that contractual compliance is delivered to our clients along with effective service delivery, while driving continual improvement of processes and procedures.Role HighlightsServe as primary contact for processing needs and change managementTrack process changes and drive documentation updates according to directivesCoordinate and process workforce onboarding, renewals and offboardingHandle inquiries from stakeholdersMaintain in-depth knowledge on legal requirements (example: Employment Act) and ensure compliance with local legislation is administeredClearly explain policies and best practices in relation to our and client’s workforce operationsHandle day-to-day operations involving interactions with stakeholders and clientsProfile and ExperienceBachelor's Degree with experience in Business Operations and/or Customer ServicePossesses strong communication and time management skillsPossesses an ability to maintain winning relationships with an understanding of cultural differences and modifies communication style effectivelyReliable with the ability to exercise discretion (this role often deals with confidential information)MeticulousAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; adaptative and flexible when required.We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Equal OpportunityManpower operates an equal opportunities policy, which means we will not discriminate, directly or indirectly, against people on the grounds of their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, cultural background, gender, age, disability, caste, marital status, union membership, political affiliation, pregnancy, health, sexual orientation and gender identity.
