Job Description

Our client is seeking a high-caliber executive to lead and grow strategic relationships with major advertisers across the GCC. This role requires a proven leader with deep senior-level connections among key business and marketing decision-makers, strong digital and media expertise, and the ability to structure and close high-value, complex deals.You will be responsible for driving long-term partnerships, accelerating revenue growth, and positioning the company as a trusted strategic partner to the region’s top advertisers.What You’ll DoDefine and execute client strategy and account roadmaps to build long-term partnerships with leading advertisers across the UAE and Saudi ArabiaDevelop and own vertical strategies to drive sustainable growth across key regional and local accountsProspect, penetrate, and expand relationships within advertiser, agency, and media organizations across both performance and brand advertisingBuild and maintain senior-level relationships, aligning solutions to CXO and Board-level business objectivesOwn pipeline management, delivering accurate forecasts and clear visibility into revenue performanceDeliver best-in-class client service while continuously improving engagement models and processesIdentify incremental revenue and business transformation opportunities within existing accountsCollaborate closely with regional and cross-market teams to drive product improvements, share insights, and strengthen client relationshipsBuild, develop, and motivate high-performing account teams, partnering closely with agency counterparts on strategy and new business developmentRepresent the company as a senior spokesperson at relevant industry and leadership eventsMinimum Qualifications8+ years of senior business development and/or sales experience within advertising, media, or digital marketingStrong commercial and sales expertise, with vertical knowledge and direct-response marketing experience highly regardedProven track record of exceeding aggressive growth and revenue targetsDemonstrated ability to influence and engage CXO-level stakeholdersDeep understanding of the media and advertising ecosystem, with digital at its coreExperience operating across multiple geographies, ideally within the GCCHighly results-driven with a hands-on, detail-oriented leadership approachExceptional communication, organizational, and decision-making skillsSelf-motivated leader with strong interpersonal skills and a high-performance mindset
