As leaders in influencer marketing, we thrive on creative thinking, meaningful storytelling, and impactful campaigns that drive real results for our clients.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a driven and experienced, commercially minded, relationship-driven Client Partnerships Manager to join our team full-time. This role will be responsible for managing key client accounts, driving campaign success, and growing revenue opportunities through strategic influencer partnerships and content programs.What You’ll DoDevelop strong strategic brief responses to new opportunities including creative ideas from insights, content & strategic pillars, channel & format recommendations, content planning, media planning and influencer types and PR opportunities.Manage the key requirements of both the client and business needs. You’ll prepare proposals, strategic insights & ideas that underpin our programs to secure new business. Identifying new clients and driving new business opportunities.Ensure profitability and revenue is retained, as well as partnering with clients to increase retention. Maintain senior client relationships and overcome issues and objections to achieve our business objectives. Act as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, building trust and long-term partnerships.Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services (e.g., PR, CGC, amplification, content licensing).Build commercial models for campaigns, including forecasting and ROI analysis.Manage & proactively communicate with the team for upcoming campaigns for capacity planning, meeting client KPI’s, scheduling in Asana & proactively foreseeing future issues in order to problem solve. Be an opinion leader and market authority, and encourage thought leadership amongst the team. Oversee campaign reporting to ensure they are meaningful, with insights to identify new client opportunities.Assists in driving forward a culture of innovation.Responsible for creating and sending all client IOs Provide guidance to the implementation team on talent agreements and program budgets.Oversee, monitor & optimise content performance over time, helping the team course-correct if needed.What You’ll BringA minimum of 3+ years’ experience in account management, PR, event activation, influencer marketing, social media, or related roles.Can clearly communicate with clients, proactively provides updates and responds to issues and feedback in a positive and timely manner.Strong Sales, Product & Commercial Acumen. Able to close new business deals effectively, with profitability in mind. Highly numerate with first-class negotiation skills. Strong understanding of influencer campaign delivery: (briefing, contracting, usage rights, reporting).Comfortable advising clients and managing stakeholders. Organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.Thinks big picture with the ability to analyse possibilities and weigh up outcomes in view of success for our clients. Able to turn ideas into actions with curiosity & creativitySolid understanding of the entire digital marketing mix, factoring in the many business solutions and publishers available and how best to use these in order to create memorable brand experiences. Social media marketing expert.Manages people, systems and resources efficiently in order to meet business and client goals.Supports team environment of experimentation and collaboration, creating a high standard within the agency.
