We support and fund sustainable programs, including free training, public awareness campaigns, and capacity-building initiatives to benefit food handlers, businesses, and communities across the country.About The RoleFoodSHAP Inc. is seeking a client-focused and service-oriented Client Relations Associate to strengthen relationships with our clients and ensure their overall satisfaction with our programs and services. This role centers on client support, relationship management, and coordination, helping to deliver an excellent client experience while supporting business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent communication and client satisfaction.Service Coordination Assist in organizing client bookings, training schedules, and follow-ups in collaboration with operations and customer service teams.Client Support Provide assistance with program information, enrollment processes, and documentation requirements.Database Management Keep client records, feedback, and engagement history updated in the CRM system.Client Feedback Collect and analyze client feedback to support service improvements and strengthen client loyalty.Reporting & Insights Prepare reports on client interactions, satisfaction levels, and retention metrics for management review.Collaboration Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless client service delivery.What We're Looking ForEducation: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Food Technology, or any related field.Minimum Experience Requirement: A minimum of 2 years' experience is required for this position.Client Relations Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and ability to build rapport with clients.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in handling client interactions through various channels.Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and requests simultaneously.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools or databases is an advantage.Service-Driven: Passion for delivering excellent client experiences and supporting long-term client relationships.We look forward to welcoming you to our team!
