People Service ManagerLocation: Manila / Tarlac/ CebuShift: Night, 9pm-6am, Mon-FriArrangement: Hybrid Unlock your potential! + Manage a team of 100+ Team Members+ Brings the WOW and makes it easy for our employees so that they cando meaningful and awesome work for our clients.Responsibilities + Main contact for at least 100 Team Members inproduction+ Own overall employee experience (LUNA tickets,Engagement, eNPS, SAT scores, absenteeism)+ Help outlier Team Members complete deliverablesrelated to compliance, learning, performance reviews,etc.+ Drive overall communication and manage MS Teamschannels (Internal, stakeholders, team member)+ Drive positive onboard & offboarding Team Memberexperience+ Provide assistance & leadership during crisismanagement for business continuity purposes+ Ensure policy compliance and showroom standardsare practiced at all times+ Coordination and collaboration with support functionsas neededPersonal Attributes+ Communication – Clear, Concise and Compelling+ Presentation - High influencing ability, enjoys being on stage and the comfortable being at the center of driving a discussion.+ Intelligence - A natural problem solver, with an ability to see the problem after the problem.
